These creatures have always fascinated me, and were a perfect choice for a passive infographic that explained a subject. I researched and wrote all the copy, and illustrated the squid based on my initial sketches and the few pictures that I could find. The illustration was done with Adobe Illustrator, with texture work in Photoshop. The most difficult part was following font restrictions, much like would be encountered at a professional publication.
