Multimedia Direction

A career in the making

To me, multimedia direction is more than just managing a project, it is about guiding and nurturing a creative vision to maturity. Directing thrives on intuition; the person in charge has to “get it,” from the idea generation all the way to the output.

These are all things that I can do. I have always had a knack for seeing the big picture in life and for figuring out the meanings of the things around me. (See my self analysis from MKG 300 for a more scientific explanation.)

Computer Training

Heading 4

Sometimes I see my talents as a bridge between a creative world, and the technical one. Colors and shapes have enthralled me since childhood — my world is highly visual — and yet there has never been a time when I was unable to see how it all works. The first time that I grasped a computer mouse, I just “understood”, and now the rest has fallen into place.

Currently  learning actionscript
can help others with "designer" mindsets see how programming works
creative and logical problem solving
no formal computer science training, but my creativity leads me to seek out new innovations/solutions
solid training/knowledge of programs enable the creation of anything in the imagination
self taught, know how hard it is to learn these things
comprehensive approach that focuses on teaching the program, rather than teaching steps to achieve a result
