They miss the point
Why your designs need my help:
My design philosophy draws heavily on journalistic principles, so clarity is always my top priority. I know that without tact, trendy designs and flashy displays can get in the way of your message. That is why I approach all aspects of design with attentive detail, ensuring that each part contributes to the whole.
I employ this care universally, no matter what the medium. Backgrounds and education in both print and web-based media help me optimize your presentation for output of any kind, independent of platform.
Speak across mediums
What makes me the best for the job:
Experience across a broad range of digital media helps me see things from a holistic perspective. I am formally trained in information design and presentation, interactive media, web design, pre-press and print production, and have been preparing myself to lead in an industry driven by convergence.
Over the past six years, I have immersed myself in the graphic communications field, and picked up a wide variety of skills in the process.

How I can help:
Designing for print and building web sites are my all-encompassing fortes, but I also know quite a bit about creating different kinds of interactive media. Visit my services page to learn about what I can do for you.
My current career plans are beginning to focus on Multimedia Directing — a new form of Art Direction specializing in managing computer-generated content. My knack for seeing the whole picture lends itself to management, and leads to the ability to see strategies in action.
I am currently a student at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where I enjoy applying my computer knowledge everywhere I go. Take a look at some of my coursework or read about the campus groups I am involved in to get a better idea of my capabilities.
